AND they will be the opening float for the Parade as well as the opening act for the Festival in Niagara Square on August 20th!

On Thursday, August 11, at noon, they will sing the Puerto Rican National Anthem in Spanish and the American National Anthem in English when Mayor Bryon Willian Brown, II of Buffalo raises the Puerto Rican Flag at Buffalo City Hall. On Saturday, August 20 they will be on the 1st float in the parade singing their NEW Puerto Rican Anthem “BORIQUA, WE ARE!”, (titled by Ululy Rafael Martinez, the president of the National Puerto Rican Day Parade in 2018 & 2019 when the Rosados performed their 1st anthem “PROUD TO BE PUERTO RICAN & AMERICAN”.) At 4 pm they will open the Festival Stage with that song as well as “PROUD TO BE” and many of the most popular cover tunes like “Livin’ La Vida Loca” and some of their originals like “UNITY” which they composed for the “proposed” “Heal Thru Hope" concert in Buffalo 2021. Between August 11 and August 20, they will make media appearances and perform at other stages to be announced.

BIO

Eric & John Rosado are a dynamic 18-year-old twin brother dual from the Statue of Liberty area of Jersey City. They Sing & Act, compose songs play a little keys and Trumpet (John) and Drums (Eric). The Rosados were on stages for over 1,000,000 people in the NYC Area since 2016. They were "Discovered", produced, and managed by Buffalo Music Hall of Fame inductee, award-winning Prof. David Musial, in 2016 at the age of 12 (born in 2002), when they signed up to sing in a Christmas Concert in a church. Eric & John Rosado embrace their Puerto Rican American Heritage proudly with music! They got involved in this unique "MusicTech Kids" training program and their spunky little 4 year old sister "tags along" sometimes. By age 5 they invited her (as good bros should, to join in a few tracks LOL!) They entered the unioque MusicTech Teens™ Program at 13 and in the summer of 2018 they were signed to One World Artists Management due to the the extensive amount of invitations thier parents recieved to do performances! The teens now have 11 Record Producers & Writers assisting them from all over America" 2 in Hollywood, one in Las Vegas, several in NYC as well as one from Kingston, Jamaica and one from Canada! In 2020 The Rosados were selected to be the "Hip Hop" act along wiht the amazing Rappers "DRÉ SB & Guru Tha Gawd" to tour the nation with their anthem "UNITY" and unique cocver tune "WHAT THE WORLD NEEDS NOW IS LOVE SWEET LOVE" for the "Heal Thru Hope™" Concert. It was to celebrate the newest military event, in our country for the African American Veternas Monument dedication. It was cancelled due to the pandemic, but we will ise the songs for other shows. Being born “on the spectrum” is a challenging feat, but Music has inspired their lives, and they are now proud recipients of amazing college scholarships! Wepa!

Most of their concerts have been on hugh heritage festival stages and a variety of parades, including twice the most massive one, the National Puerto Rican Parade in New York City! Currently, they are perfecting a song titled by the President of this parade: BORIQUA, WE ARE! They have recorded and published over 20 songs, many original, and over 40 Music Videos and Live Show videos, plus a new Reality Show. At the early ages of 12 & 13, they made a silly feature movie, “The Mermaid Mysteries,”  with their vivacious little sister Sophia about their silly “quest” to find “mermaids” on the Jersey Shore with NO LUCK! However, they did when they helped their sister perform their song in the Coney Island Mermaid Parade for thousands! They were the first act on the July 4th stages in Jersey City where act like "Snoop Dogg" and "Kool and the Gang" closed teh show, and the World Trade Center was their backdrop! From 2016 to 2018, Mrs. Carol Lester a Jery City Snger, Songwriter, musicain and Entertainer, has invited the Rosados to help her perform her unique stage show "The Bubble Queen" all over the Jersey City and Hoboken areas. They learned a great deal about how to perform on stage from her and are very greatful for her training and opportunities. You can see all 3 siblings in several of her staged music videos and she appears as the "Queen" in our MusicTech Kids "It's My Castle" music video! Carol is a previous Vice President of the Jersey City Board of Education. Some of their most fun early music videos were when they got to wear costuems and take over the CASTLE in Central Park or teas abour the SUPER BOWL!

On a serious “note,” they were selected to represent all of the children in Jersey City by performing at the 9/11/18 somber and powerful Memorial with the World Trade Center behind them! Partially because of this concert, in 2020, they were chosen to be the Youth Act for the proposed BUFFALO “Heal Thru Hope™” Concert, to dedicate the African American War Veteran’s Monument (which is yet to be constructed) and then a national tour. They were part of a TV documentary that Channel 7 ABC TV in Buffalo was going to air on Veterans Day 2021. Due to the pandemic, it was all canceled. In the process, they were selected to star in the movie “SkiWithMe,” originating in Orchard Park/Boston Hills, which is another proud tie to the Western New York Area. A song they composed and sing in the movie is called "What Is It Like?" Filming is now in post-production and is scheduled for a November 22 release.

As a toddler, Eric’s parents were sadly informed by medical “experts” that due to being born with “Autism,” he would “never speak” and would need to be on medication. Mom and Dad chose Music. All 3 siblings worked intensely in the Smart Trax® Institute of Technology Scholarship under Prof. Musial and his College Apprentices Quadery Presley and Daniel Hall. At the beginning of his senior year at High Tech High School (with near straight “A’s”), he decided to “step out” and help youngsters born with this condition to see that they can be successful. He co-composed the song “ACCEPT ME INTO YOUR WORLD” with Mrs. Sherry Singh, the director of a non-profit Autism Foundation in Jersey City. His proud mom Maria and Prof. Musial joined in the production.  Eric & John then courageously premiered it on stage, at the 6th Annual Gala, in a prestigious area of downtown Jersey City where Eric was proclaimed an Ambassador For Autism for Jersey City!

In early January 2022, they filmed a music video for a sacred Christmas anthem, “THE SON OF LIGHT,” scheduled for a 2/25/22 release! It’s part of a large group project. (The twins were discovered by Prof. Musial when he conducted a Christmas Concert at Saint Mary’s Church in Jersey City in 2016.  They were just 12, and they rejoicefully sang “Little Drummer Boy,” and John played the trumpet and Eric the drum…with a tear in her eye; Mom Maria asked Prof. Musial, “what next?”... the rest is musical “history”!

The music video for their song “22222”, released on 2/22/22 at 2:22 am, made many smile!  On April 1, 2022, Eric was invited to the “Flag Raising” for Autism at Jersey City Hall. Almost immediately after, they were seen on NBC & ABC National TV and CBS Radio when the anthem they made (for what is now their University of choice) was given a parade in Jersey City. It was for the Saint Peter’s Peacocks men's basketball team, who made history in the “March Madness” competitions! Their song, which they composed by Musial just a few days before, was played at the grandstand at the conclusion of the festive event! They sang along, and we made a parade video.

On April 18, 2022, a new version of a song originating in Buffalo, “Everybody’s Polish On Dyngus Day,” helped to kick off the first Dyngus Day Parade in New York City. Professor David Musial's song which premiered in Buffalo, " What Da Heck Is Dyngus Day" launched a parade in the biggest city in America! N’Kenge, a major Broadway & Carnegie Hall Star (who is their friend), sang verse 1, and the TWINS sang verse 2! On the very same day, The Twins were then featured on the Cover of the Jersey City Times!
